Enter the "Stuff your Fridge with Local Dairy" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") for a chance to win: one (1) Grand Prize including one (1) Best Buy® gift card face value of $2,500.00, four (4) $500.00 Visa® gift cards for a total value of $2,000.00, and one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses; or one (1) First Prize including four (4) $500.00 Visa® gift cards for a total value of $2,000.00, and one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses; or one (1) of twenty-five (25) Second Prizes including one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses.

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes open to residents of Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Michigan and Minnesota, 18 years of age or older. Directors of the Wisconsin Milk Marketing Board, Inc., who is the Sponsor of this Sweepstakes ("Sponsor"), and employees of Sponsor, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and the families of each are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply.

HOW TO ENTER: You may enter the "Stuff your Fridge with Local Dairy" Sweepstakes online at www.eatlocaldairy.com during the promotion period which begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Savings Time ("CDT") on May 31, 2009 and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on July 3, 2009. No incomplete entry forms will be accepted. By entering this Sweepstakes, you agree to abide by and be bound by these Official Rules.

DRAWING: A random drawing will be held on or about July 10, 2009 by Stephan & Brady, Inc., whose decisions are final with respect to all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winners will be notified by mail on or about July 17, 2009 and must complete and return the required Affidavit of Eligibility/Publicity Release/Release form by August 7, 2009. Non-compliance within this time period will result in disqualification and an alternate prize winner will be selected by random drawing. Any prize notification returned to Sponsor or to Stephan & Brady, Inc. as undeliverable will result in awarding of the prize to an alternate winner selected by random drawing.

PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded including one (1) Best Buy® gift card face value of $2,500.00, four (4) $500.00 Visa® gift cards for a total value of $2,000.00, and one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses (est. retail value $50.00). One (1) First Prize including four (4) $500.00 Visa® gift cards for a total value of $2,000.00, and one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses (est. retail value $50.00). Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes including one (1) Stuff your Fridge Assortment of Wisconsin Cheeses (est. retail value $50.00). Limit one prize per family/household. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted, unless prize is generally unavailable at Sweepstakes’ end, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. Stuff your Fridge Assortments of Wisconsin Cheeses will be shipped to all prize winners beginning September 1, 2009 to the address shown on each winner's signed affidavit.

TAXES, PUBLICITY RELEASE AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY: All applicable federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. By accepting any prize, the prize winner agrees to Sponsor’s use of winner’s name and likeness for advertising/trade purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree that directors and employees of Sponsor, its affiliates, retailers, distributors, suppliers, any and all Internet servers and access provider(s), and any other vendors involved in conducting this Sweepstakes, advertising and promotion agencies, shall have no liability and will be held harmless for: technical malfunctions (computer, telephone network or otherwise) that prevent access to the online official entry form; any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer relating to participation in this Sweepstakes; theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; printing or other errors; entries which are late, lost, incorrect, incomplete, misdirected, stolen, or mutilated; and any loss, injury or damage to entrants or any other person or entity, including personal injury and death relating to the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or participation in this promotion. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any technical, hardware, software or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications cased by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the online entries in this Sweepstakes. Submission is not considered proof of receipt. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the operation of the Sweepstakes or Sponsor’s Web site or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes if it is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, act of God or any other problem beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor and award prizes from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation.
